Over 230 foreigners – mostly Ukrainian citizens – worked illegally in Lower Silesia – it results from the inspection carried out by the Border Guard in one of the temporary employment agency in Lower Silesia.
Border guards checked one of the temporary employment agency in Lower Silesia in terms of the legality of work performed by foreigners for three months. As a result, it was found that 233 foreigners worked in Poland without the required permits and civil law contracts. These were mainly citizens of Ukraine, but also six citizens of Georgia and one Russian.
In connection with the violation of the provisions of the Act on the promotion of employment and labor market institutions, explanatory actions will be initiated against foreigners.
An application will be filed with the employer to the court for punishment. He faces a fine of up to 30,000. PLN
