Record number of foreign companies in Poland.

In 2016,  7.1 thousand new companies with foreign capital participation appeared in the National Court Register. It’s a record of all time.

The number of registration of polish companies in the National Court Register (KRS) proves that Poland is still an attractive market for foreign investors who see in our country the potential to make money.

Although the 2015 record appeared to be rock solid (6.7 thousand companies, an increase of 53 percent compared to 2014), the 2016 figure was even better (7.1 thousand companies, an increase of over 6%). During the first three quarters of 2016 nearly 5.5 thousand appeared in the National Court Register. of such companies. And it is known that in the fourth quarter of each year traditionally the most recorded. There were no indications that this trend could be disturbed. Macroeconomic data encourages foreign investors to operate in Poland.

Most foreign companies were established in the province. Mazowieckie (46%), Małopolskie (12%) and Lower Silesian (8%). Registration rates were recorded in 11 voivodships, and decreases in 5. Newly registered foreign companies have their registered offices in 631 towns. The most in Warsaw (2,700), Cracow (761) and Wroclaw (413). Compared with 2015, the number of registrations has increased. in Warsaw, Poznan, Lublin, Gdansk, Przemysl and Katowice. Declines took place in Krakow, Wola Kosowska, Rzeszów, Łódź, Szczecin. The most attractive form of law for foreign investors is a polish limited liability company (91.6%).
