Guardian will launch a second glassworks in Częstochowa for approximately 200 million euro.

In the third quarter of 2019, the American company Guardian Glass will launch its second factory in Częstochowa, specialized in the production of glass, among others for construction. Over 150 people will find work. On Monday, the launch of this EUR 200 million investment was officially announced.

In 2016,  7.1 thousand new companies with foreign capital participation appeared in the National Court Register. It’s a record of all time.

EUR 167 billion has been invested by foreign companies in Poland for the last 25 years.

Foreign direct investment in Poland over the past 25 years has been above EUR 167 billion, on average, more than 6 billion euro is transferred to the our country each year. These investments have contributed to the growth of consumer and investment demand, the emergence of modern technologies, the development of enterprises, the improvement of production processes and supply chains, the improvement of the productivity of companies and their employees, wage increases and the decline of unemployment and, consequently, GDP growth in Poland.

BMZ Poland has launched a new factory in Gliwice for 9 million euros.

Producing lithium-ion batteries, BMZ Poland has launched a new factory in Gliwice on Monday. The cost of the investment is about 9 million euros. Amount of the workplaces in the company will increase by 50 people, to about 700 employees, and within two years will grow to more than 1000 people.

Support for Poland from European Union funds.

Value of investment contracts with the use of EU funds exceeded PLN 200 billion, said Deputy Minister of Development Jerzy Kwieciński. In his opinion, the contribution of investment in economic growth will be increasing, over the whole year the investments may increase by over 3%.
